- How is a property showcased of Preview of Homes? It’s Easy! Complete the Broadcast Order and the Property Information Sheet. E-mail or Fax Back to Fitzsimmons Media. Please include MLS Sheet and Flyer for Property details.
- What is the Lead-time to get a Home on Preview of Homes? Please allow 1 week for videotaping of Property.
- When is Videotaping done? Homes are videotaped on Weekends for airing the following weekend. Please allow 1-week lead-time.
- Do I need to be at the House? Not necessarily. If the house is occupied, the seller can let us in. If the house is unoccupied, entry arrangements will be made with the agent.
- Who can place a Home on Preview of Homes? Any licensed Realtor can place a home on Preview of Homes.
- Can a For Sale by Owner place a Home on Preview of Homes? No. Please see above.

- What is the cost associated with showcasing a Home or Property on Preview of Homes? Please see Rate Sheet.
- How long is the Property Showcased? Standard run time is one minute, one time, for each property per week. Larger Homes and Estates that require more coverage can run past the standard 1-minute.
- Do you showcase other types of properties other than homes? Yes. Subdivisions, acreages, view lots and planned communities are showcased on Preview of Homes. The same rates and run times are applicable. Commercial properties are not showcased.
- Who does the videotaping? All production for Preview of Homes is done In-House. Fitzsimmons Media is a video production company with state of the art Cameras and Editing Equipment.
- Am I on-camera and is my voice used? No to both.
- Who writes the script? Fitzsimmons Media has a scriptwriter that utilizes the information you provide. For example, the MLS Sheet, Flyers, Open House Information, etc.
