A showing is defined as a house or property shown on the Preview of Homes TV Show ONE TIME. A regular showing runs for 1 minute. Larger properties, requiring additional air time to showcase amenities, run 1.5 minutes at $142.50 per showing.

The number of showings selected must be run within 90 days of this contract. A Realtor can run the same house/property for all their showings or the Realtor may choose to run different houses/properties. Payment must be made in full before the last show airing under the agreed upon contract period. Terms & Conditions: The party whose signature appears below hereby agrees to receive television exposure for their real estate clients based on the advertising rates selected above. Billing shall be monthly in advance of air dates and payable to: Preview of Homes, 3788 Pine Creek Court, Meridian, ID 83642.Term of contract is for three months from start date indicated below. Cancellation of contract may be made by submitting a written notice 30 days in advance by either party.
